Nice relaxing weekend

Not much going on here this weekend. Friday night we bought bikes & the kids & I went on a bike ride. Its was fun but wow am I out of shape! Its been over 20 years since I've ridden a bike but thank goodness you really do never forget how. lol

Saturday the kids & I went to the mall & saw 2 movies. Shrek the 3rd was pretty good and Pirates was ok but really long. We also did a little bit of shopping & found some awesome deals. Madi lucked out & got some Cheetah Girl stuff. She got a CG shirt, sunglasses, bracelet, diary & pen. Aidyn got a spiderman shirt & hat. I also got Madi some new body wash, lotion and spray at Bath & Body works. She felt so grown up because all the ladies in the store were running around bringing her scents to try out until she found the perfect one. Oh I also got an awesome deal at Victoria's Secret. They had their scents on sale 10 for $35 so I really lucked out. Of course I got all Love Spell but I shared with 2 of my friends. I too just took what I needed and shared the rest.

Today is another quiet day. We did a little bit of shopping at Sam's Club. Just the regular hamburger, pork chops, lunch meat, sliced cheese, gogurt, rock star & water but we also got a few things for a BBQ we are going to tomorrow. Its much easier to just buy the stuff instead of making it, lol I bought a 7 layer dip from their deli, 5 lb container of potato salad & stuff to make a big green salad. I still want to get something for dessert but we'll see if I end up doing that.

This evening after it finally cools off we are going on another bike ride. We are going to North Park because they have a great trail. Aidyn is going to bring his baseball stuff so the kids & Paul can play. Heck I might even join in, lol

Ok that's it for now. I need to go clean up the kitchen from the last couple of days. I've been really busy and neglected the house so today is catch up day. It's much easier relaxing when the house is clean.
