WooHoo it's finally Friday!

Wow I can't believe Friday is finally here! It's been a VERY long week and I'm more than ready for the weekend. It will be nice to only have my kids instead of the 4 extra I watch every day. Don't get me wrong I love them like they are my own but I can't imagine having 6 all the time. lol I don't know how the moms with lots of kids do it. Especially the women on that new show on TLC who have 16 or more! That's just plain crazy.

We've had a good morning so far. I've been working with Nya to get her potty trained & she's doing awesome! First thing this morning she wanted to go pee & usually I can't get her to sit on the potty until later in the morning. And the past few days, she's been telling me she has to go. I can't wait until she's out of diapers! I'm sure Amanda will like not having to buy more as well.

I don't want to change anymore diapers until I have another baby of my own. Which Paul & I are working on. We've only been trying for a little while & this will be the 2nd month we've tried. Both of our other kids were "unexpected" and conceived while I was on the pill so I'm hoping getting pregnant again, won't be hard. Paul was joking around saying maybe I should go back on the pill so we can be sure I'll get pregnant again, LOL

I have a pretty busy weekend ahead of me. LOTS of homework and cleaning. Lately I haven't had time to work on either so its catch up time. Having extra kids all the time makes it hard to keep my house the way I want it. I like it to be perfectly clean and right now its no where near that, LOL I have papers, toys and popcorn crumbs in the living room. The kitchen floor desperately needs to be mopped because I swear every time I turn around there is a new spill. I was going to do it yesterday but decided to just wait until tonight to mop. I have the best floor stuff that makes my floors so shinny, it almost looks wet. I put 3 coats on each time but the hard part is waiting for it to dry in between. That and keeping the kids & cats off it it. lol I can't tell you how many times I end up with little foot prints in the wax, hehe And the footprints stay until the next time I mop so its a little pet peeve of mine.

Speaking of cats, our Dodger isn't doing so good. A few weeks ago he snuck outside & when he came back he was limping. We thought nothing of it because he really wasn't in pain but then about a week later, we found a small cut. I cleaned it out really good but its still not getting better. In fact its getting worse. He has that leg tucked up higher and cries out in pain every time I try to touch it. We are planning on taking him to the vet next weekend. I really wish we could take him sooner but we have no extra money for it. BUT if it gets any worse I'll take him in right away. He's Madi's cat & she will be devastated if anything happens to him.

Ok I'm off to start the rest of my day. All the kids are quietly watching Sponge Bob so I should have a little while to work until they start acting up.
