Oh yeah!

I just got back my paper for my capstone class & I am so excited with the grade! I worked really hard on this thing although it only took me a few hours to write, lol It was a post interview memo and basically summed up how I thought the case would be. It included lots of other info but I do not want to bore all of you so I will spare the details, lol

Anyways this is what my prof said about my paper...

Your supervising attorney will likely find your assessments and conclusions to be very helpful, with regards to his or her further handling of the case. This kind of memo is essential to the attorney, as they must rely on the impressions of the paralegal to help them make decisions as to what to do next, or even whether or not he/she should even take the case.
