& let me tell you it was nice to finally relax after the week I had! Saturday we kind of had a lazy day but managed to do a little shopping. I found Madi 2 really cute dresses. One is for my graduation reception & the other is for the party in IL and the one in TX. Can you believe it is less than 2 weeks until we leave? I remember when we were counting down months & now it is a little over a week away! Wow time sure does fly by!This morning we took the kids on a walk by the river. Our town has a great trail (I always want to type trial, lol) that is paved & very nice. We found this great tree for climbing but Paul was the only one brave enough to actually climb it, lol He only went a small distance up because I was afraid he would get hurt & could not work, lmao. The LO is with pics I took of him. We did not stay too long because it was already super hot even at 10:30am.
On Thursday it is a holiday in Utah. It is called Pioneer Day & is similar to the 4th of July. Our town has a parade, fun stuff in the city park, carnival, rodeo & HUGE fireworks display that night. Paul gets the day off with pay but I have to work. I am planning on taking all the kids to the parade but it will have to be by myself because he hates parades. I will probably end up regretting taking all 6 kids alone but Jordan is almost 11 and a big help. I am also planning on putting Nya (she's almost 4) in the stroller so at least I will know where she is. I am most afraid of Aidyn & Aedan. Cross your fingers they behave.
