43 things

I've read someplace that if you want to change your life, you need to write down the things you want to change. It said you should list 43 things & although I do not know if I can come up with that much right now. I will give it a try...
  1. eat healthier
  2. get more exercise
  3. drink more water
  4. spend more time with kids
  5. spend more time with Paul
  6. keep my apartment cleaner ( it is not bad but I would love to have it perfect all the time)
  7. work harder at school (I am very lucky that I can just do the minimum of work and still get good grades but I would like to actually try harder)
  8. loose weight
  9. wear my hair down more (Paul loves the bun, LMAO)
  10. walk my dog more often & longer
  11. not yell as much at kids
  12. watch less t.v.
  13. spend less time on the computer, unless it is for school
  14. spend more time with friends
  15. call my family more
  16. go out with the "girls" more often instead of making excuses & staying home like a bum
  17. cook more
  18. no more fast food (oh I love me some McDonald's french fries, lol)
  19. work harder at water dragon's cage (I get lazy with the water changes since it has a filter system)
  20. take kids to parks more often
  21. ride my bike more
  22. laugh more
  23. take more pictures
  24. send more pictures to family
  25. catch up with scrapbooking
  26. listen to more music (it makes me happy so why not)
  27. read more books
  28. learn a new skill (do not know what skill yet but I want to do something new)
  29. try at least one new recipe each week
  30. do not talk so much
  31. become a better listener
  32. sleep better at night so I am not so tired during the day
  33. start running again (I will need to get a good start with numbers 2 & 8)
  34. dust my house more
  35. do the dishes after every meal so it does not pile up
  36. gossip less
  37. stop being so pessimistic and focus on positive things in my life
  38. become more spiritual
  39. write down things I am thankful for each day
  40. tell Paul and my kids I love them more often
  41. give more hugs
  42. volunteer in kids classes
  43. do not rely on pain pills so much

Oh my gosh I actually did it! I realize a few on the list are similar but are different at the same time. I think I will copy this to a word document & print it out.
