- eat healthier
- get more exercise

- keep my apartment cleaner ( it is not bad but I would love to have it perfect all the time)
- work harder at school (I am very lucky that I can just do the minimum of work and still get good grades but I would like to actually try harder)
- loose weight
- wear my hair down more (Paul loves the bun, LMAO)
- walk my dog more often & longer
- not yell as much at kids
- watch less t.v.
- spend less time on the computer, unless it is for school
- spend more time with friends
- call my family more
- go out with the "girls" more often instead of making excuses & staying home like a bum
- cook more
- no more fast food (oh I love me some McDonald's french fries, lol)
- work harder at water dragon's cage (I get lazy with the water changes since it has a filter system)
- take kids to parks more often
- ride my bike more
- laugh more
- take more pictures
- send more pictures to family
- catch up with scrapbooking
- listen to more music (it makes me happy so why not)
- read more books
- learn a new skill (do not know what skill yet but I want to do something new)
- try at least one new recipe each week
- do not talk so much
- become a better listener
- sleep better at night so I am not so tired during the day
- start running again (I will need to get a good start with numbers 2 & 8)
- dust my house more
- do the dishes after every meal so it does not pile up
- gossip less
- stop being so pessimistic and focus on positive things in my life
- become more spiritual
- write down things I am thankful for each day
- tell Paul and my kids I love them more often
- give more hugs
- volunteer in kids classes
- do not rely on pain pills so much
Oh my gosh I actually did it! I realize a few on the list are similar but are different at the same time. I think I will copy this to a word document & print it out.
