until we can buy a house! I'm so sick of living in this stupid apartment complex!!! There is always drama, bratty kids who steal my kids toys and the cops are here almost every day (not for us of course, lol) We've been here almost 4 years and the time has come for us to buy a house. Especially since our rent is going to go up $78 in Jan when our lease is up.
The only problem is just because we want to buy a house, does not mean we can. Our savings account is pretty small so we would need to get 100% financing and I am not sure if our credit is good enough. Not to mention it is pretty much a given we will be paying more than our rent is now. However when you pay a mortgage at least it is going for something and not being "wasted" by renting.
I found a place that is willing to help us and said they are 99% sure they can get us 100% financing, even with our credit but it sounds too good to be true. And you know the saying "if it sounds too go to be true, it probably is"
