Aidyn is still having a hard time each day when I leave him at school. I have to give him at least 20 hugs and kisses before I can leave and as you can imagine that takes a lot of time. I was talking to Madi's old kindergarten teacher last night & she suggested I read him the "Kissing Hand" and is going to lend us a copy.
The story is about a little raccoon who is nervous about starting school so his mother kisses he hand. That way when he misses her during the day he can put his hand to his cheek and always have a kiss from her. I'm going to read him the book tonight and then try our own kissing hand. Hopefully it will help and I can get out of the classroom sooner.
