Madi's new haircut

Last night I took Madi to get a haircut & it turned out so cute! She really did not know what she wanted before we got there but after searching through about 4 books, we came up with something similar to this. The pic the cut is based off was a little more babyish but I made sure they gave it a more updated & "older" look.

These pics are taken after she played outside for awhile so it looks kinda messy but you can still see how much they cut off. I am dying to take a flat iron to it but she will not let me, lol The whole reason for the cut was so that she could do her hair herself & have it still look cute & like she tried. For that reason I am not even allowed to help her brush it, lol I miss helping her but I guess now that she is almost 9 (4 more days!) she should be doing it herself.
