Last week all the multiage classes did plays that they wrote based on books. Madi's class did Sector 7 which is basically about a boy who wanders away from a field trip & meets up with a cloud. She's upset because they are not allowed to change their shapes & must keep the ones assigned to them by the leaders of sector 7. So the boy who is a very good artist draws different shapes & all the clouds change into something they've always wanted, such as a lollipop, cookie & in Madi's case a kitty.
I also added a short video of the play at the end of the post. They did the play 2 nights in a row & the first night, I recorded the whole thing on my camcorder. Unfortunately I need to get another special cord to connect it to my new laptop before I can upload it. To kind of make up for that, I used my digital camera & recorded as much as my memory card would allow with all the other pictures I had already taken.
